Any specific background color you want?
It'd also help a lot if you could give preferred sizes so I don't have to resize them a bunch of times LOL

@Teo! Since there was no reply to my question I just went with a basic BG color and the default sizes for FB and Twitter.

I know that FB requires for Display Pictures to be 180px in width and 180px in height by default, and I believe Twitter's requirements are 400px in width by 400px in height **Reference Here**.. So I'll have to stick to those measurements for those versions of your Avatar.
But I've made the Forum Avatar 150px in width and 200px in height like the image you showed me. c:
