It would be great if you share the award system with us ... so that we can add it on our forum .... or at least explain how to do it and give us the basics.
I believe Ange has addressed this before in a previous thread you created..
Currently, the awards system requires a lot of programming knowledge, since it isn't just a javascript you can put in and it will do the work for you. Ange has to manually go through users and assign the appropriate awards to them.
I love the awards system as well, but if it isn't ready for public use yet then I guess we'll all have to wait until it is. c:

Hi,
As @Valoish mentioned, I addressed this before. At current, the system IS NOT user-friendly -- it requires substantial knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. HTML for the pages / structure, CSS for the award style, and JavaScript for distribution, scanning, and plugins. All of these things require MANUAL modifications to get everything working correctly. The scripts I use for automated distribution are on my desktop, and I execute them in the console when I'm ready to send out awards or scan for changes.
Perhaps down the road when I have enough time, I'll work on making it user-friendly so that I can distribute an easy to use plugin to everyone. At the moment you'll have to be patient.
