I've got a suggestion. Create a group called 'Valued Members' (hidden or not) and have their names and/or posts shown in orange http://prntscr.com/bswzod

I'll think about that. I was mostly going to have group colors for staff, but we'll see how things go. 
Honestly though, I made a mistake in the group script and you + other valued members were displaying as orange.
