Submitting Bug Reports or Suggestions

This topic will explain the process of submitting a bug report or suggestion. Please see the section that concerns you.

Bug Reports

If you discover what you think is a possible bug on this forum please submit a bug report by clicking here.

Make sure that that you include [BUG] in your topic title so we can easily identify your topic. Please also try to provide as much information on the bug as possible by providing a clear description and a screenshot if possible. Bugs will be treated as soon as possible, but if we need more information we will let you know in your report topic.

As a show of gratitude for your dedication to improving the forum, you will be awarded the "Bug Buster" award for reporting a bug that gets fixed.

Suggestions

If you have a suggestion to improve the forum please submit your suggestion by clicking here.

Make sure to include [SUGGESTION] in your topic title so we can easily identify your topic. As with bug reports it's imperative that you try to include a clear description of what you're suggesting for the forum. If the forum members or staff are in agreement with your suggestion it will be implemented on the forum soon. If not, the staff will state why your suggestion was rejected.

As a show of gratitude for your dedication to improving the forum, you will be awarded "The Power of Suggestion" award when your suggestion is accepted.

Prefixes

The following prefixes will be used in this section to note the status of a topic.

[BUG]	An ongoing bug report.
[FIXED]	The bug reported has been fixed.
[FAULTY]	The bug reported wasn't actually a bug.
[SUGGESTION]	An ongoing suggestion.
[ACCEPTED]	The suggestion has been accepted.
[REJECTED]	The suggestion has been rejected.
[IMPLEMENTED]	The suggestion has been implemented.

I made the same on Avacweb. You'll see when we re-open I made a template too.
