I wont be able to offer assistance on this ; the main reason being is that it's very technical. I can give you examples and such, but if you're not able to manage and edit it you're going to have a really hard time setting everything up the way you want it.

Personally, I'd recommend studying the basics of HTML and CSS, then when you have a good understanding of those begin slowly studying JavaScript. This way you'll be able to create anything you want. Not to mention, the web is full of resources that you can use.

The example I provided in that topic will be the most I can offer you as it gives the general setup of a form.

ok thank u , I'm really understand HTML and CSS all codes and I have complete idea and knowledge for these languages but my problem with javascript and jquery , I have learning for javascript now ,
But I need your help because I regarded u as my top optimal teacher .

Well, some various sources which are helpful for learning beginner JavaScript would be the following sites.

For advanced JavaScript I'd recommend reading over the tutorials and documentation on MDN.

My advice is to not rush and take it at your own pace. JavaScript is vastly misundertsood, so its best if you read things carefully, but also reread the tutorials to get things into your head. Reading from different sources is another way to get multiple views as well. However, reading is not the best way to fully understand. You also need to experience it, so practice by writing small snippets of JavaScript and see the results for yourself.

ok I will study these courses and learn it .
but now I need the idea of advanced new topic and how can modified it with my basic knowledge .
in forumotion advanced new topic is depend in some feilds on the members information , but my forum is to anime , and I need when uploader is clicked to the advanced new topic ,, by which can add new episode of anime
1- some of episode player online
2- some link for download of episode
3- information and story of anime

and css code for control veiw of these inputs
