Nope, it's a standard in FAE (Forumactif Edge), part of the theme the owner made for Forumotion platforms.
By the way, by installing the add-on I just gave you you can find any of font on the site, like the one the havigation bar uses:
Font
font-family (stack): "Trebuchet MS",Arial,Verdana,sans-serif
Font being rendered:
"Trebuchet MS"
font-size: 12px

Hey,
Font ( Roboto ) is imported via google fonts. See line 32 of fa_edge.css. The other fonts are usually included by default on your computer. Installation method may vary since @import rules do not work on Forumactif forums with the default CSS, because at import rules MUST be the first thing in a stylesheet.

Yes and no, there's multiple ways to install web fonts. See this page for methods of installation on your website :

@GEG: If you just got started on Forumotion and still in the process creating a board, perhaps you may want to migrate to Edge. It's really easy.
