When scrolling through the quick nav menu, the blue default(?) marker still shows. Same happens on FMD btw. I'd like to see the default marker (@home) to be gone as soon as one starts scrolling the menu.

[EDGE] Quick Navigation keeps showing the default(?) marker 491bc6b798ef4d75be6282c9833ca22b

Hi,

The blue border to the left of a menu item indicates that you're currently viewing this item. You'll notice that the blue border also displays under the navigation as well. It's an indication that the menu item is currently active ; it shows when hovering menu items as well.

I see. Thanks for pointing that one out to me. I never noticed before. Kind of confusing when they're the same color.

I suppose it is confusing at first. I used the same color + effect for the hover to show that the item you're hovering over will become active once you click on it. It's even nicer when the effect persists on page transition. loove If you want I can give you CSS that changes the color of the hover / active effect.

Yeah, I'd like that very much, thank you. Just in case people are starting to ask the same about the markers it might come in handy Smile

I think I may just settle with bold red text for the active one and bold white when hovering over the menu items though. Not sure yet. scratch

Here's the rules that determine the different states of the menu items.
Code:
/* default */
#navbar .mainmenu:after, #tabs a:after {
  background:#69C;
}

/* hover */
#navbar .mainmenu:hover:after, #tabs a:hover:after {
  background:#F00;
}

/* active */
#navbar .mainmenu.fa_navactif:after, #tabs .activetab a:after {
  background:#FF0;
}
I put different colors so they're easy to see.
