Hi,

If you're looking to modify the hover color you can do that via the FAE control panel.
FAE Control Panel > Colors > Row hover color

You can also do it with CSS :
Display > Colors

.forum-block {
  background-color:#F00;

That appears to be a custom script written by one of the administrators there. Have you asked permission to use that feature of their forum on your own forum ?
