Big Space When Using WYSIWYG Mode and Lists

It looks like the default margin on the lists. You can remove it with the following CSS rule if you want.

I have the same issue, only with all the text not just lists.
Only way to fix it manually is for me to exit WYSIWYG mode and delete the extra space.
(It's as if WYSIWYG adds 2 line breaks per one "enter")

Lists have a pretty large margin between the text above and below to begin with, but the position of the tags can increase it. For example :
This is easier to read, but has a larger space above and below (+2 line breaks) :
text below
This is a bit harder to read, but has less space above and below (0 line breaks) :
