@Canhraungot I apologize, but I will have to kindly decline your affiliation, because your forum appears to infringe upon Forumotion's Terms of Service ( Illicit Contents ; warez ). You can remove my forum banner from your affiliates, since I cannot link back to a forum that may be illegal.

Yes, any forum that contains the contents below can be subjected to termination.

ILLICIT CONTENTS
Forums that does welcome or promote warez, piracy, hacking, cracking, spamming, attacks against networks or servers, pornography, racial hatred, crimes against humanity, inappropriate activities on the servers, or any other actions which violate any applicable laws, aren't allowed.
Any forum which contains texts, links, pictures, animations, videos or any other content recognized as Illegal will be deleted without notice or warning. forumotion.com reserves the right to delete any accounts or forums considered not conform to the rules quoted here or specified in forumotion.com or in the international website rules according to the international internet law. Any Illegal content or act and will be reported to the concerned services and prosecuted.

If your forum contains any of the content mentioned above, I'd advise you to remove said content. Otherwise your forum may be terminated if it's reported.

It is still not legal. The illegal part is that someone is offering a work around to others purchasing the software. Also you are offering copyrighted material when you offer official software downloads.
