Is it possible to change the size of the text and the size of the arrow so it a little bigger?

Try adding this to your stylesheet :
Display > Colors > CSS stylesheet
Code:
.pagination span.gensmall, .forumline.noprint span.gensmall { font-size:15px !important }
.pagination img, .forumline.noprint img {
  -webkit-transform:scale(1.5);
    -moz-transform:scale(1.5);
      -ms-transform:scale(1.5);
          transform:scale(1.5);
}

It should change the font size and the scale of the image.

15px is the size of the font. Change the 15 to a higher or lower number will change the size.

1.5 is the image scale. You'll need to change all values, because some are prefixes for older browser versions. Changing it to 2.0 will be a larger image, whereas changing it to 1.0 would be the default scale of the image.
