phpbb2: Removal of Last Visit/Unanswered Posts Table

This tutorial will help you with the removal of the last visit/unanswered posts table for phpbb2.
Locate this part of the template and remove it:
This table is exactly at the beginning of the index_body so it should be easy to find. Once you are finished removing it from the template be sure to hit save. Before publishing the template click on the new window arrow on "Waiting " to preview the outcome, if its what you want be sure to publish the template by clicking the plus "".
If you have done the recent steps correctly then your index should now look somewhat like this. If you want you can add your different links or whatever you want in that area if you're experienced in HTML. Thanks for reading, and good luck with your forums!
Before making any changes, be sure that your forum meets the following conditions: 1.) You must be the founder of the forum and have access to its templates 2.) Your forum version must be phpBB2 |
Editing the index_box template
Go to Administration Panel > Display > Templates > General and open the template called index_box by clicking the modify cog.()Locate this part of the template and remove it:
