Welcome, Michael !
You're not dumb, believe it or not I still have a lot to learn. I also still want to study SQL and PHP when I get the chance. I'm always getting myself involved in some project which eats up my free time.
Out of some of the people I met, you're very understandable. So your English isn't that bad. Oh, and there's nothing stupid about asking questions, in fact it's the next best thing for learning, right next to making mistakes !

Welcome Micheal,
I agree questions are good. I have caught onto a few minor things myself with Javascript and CSS. I have known HTML a long time, it is simply modifying text messages and the like. Ange has been a real resource and help for me, I would be lost without him. Your english is not too bad! At least I can understand you, some others I have to get out the translator for part of it.

Oh well... people learn by doing, it is not just something one can (sorry books) just read a book and bingo you have it down pat, it requires hands on learning, not to mention how sensitive and crucial code is to everything. You remove the wrong code you can actually screw up an entire website. We all started somewhere, I am still learning and will notmbe writing fancy scripts or codes (unless it is html) for some time .
