Try this :
- Code:
$(document).ready(function() {
if (_userdata.user_posts > 15) return;
$('#text_editor_textarea').before('<div class="warning"><b>Before posting in the support forum remember: <a href="http://url of the topic">How to create a theme</a></b></div>');
});
@schiggysboard,
Change the script to this :
Change the message content to whatever you want, but make sure to change the 9 to the ID of the forum you want it to work in..
Change the script to this :
- Code:
$(function() {
if (!document.post || !document.post.f || document.post.f.value != 9) return;
var message = 'Please read <a href="#">this topic</a> before creating a new topic.',
box = document.createElement('DIV'), node = document.getElementById('text_editor_textarea');
box.innerHTML = message;
box.className = 'warning';
node.parentNode.insertBefore(box, node);
});
Change the message content to whatever you want, but make sure to change the 9 to the ID of the forum you want it to work in..
