Two Silly Little Questions: Options for Menu and Avatar Border

Hi, everyone!

I've got two questions... I hope you can help me with these.

1) How can I add an image for one of the menu options? In the ACP, I could add all the images.
However, I don't know where to set up the image for Notifications:



In fact, I wonder if there's a possibility for the button to change when there are notifications.
I'm afraid I've tried to find every possible way to add this button, to no avail.
Should you help me with this, I'd totally appreciate it!



2) This is not a life-changing thing, but I was wondering how possible it is to remove the coloured border for avatars.

The notification button in the quick navigation is unique to FAE, so it's not available in the Admin Panel. You can however, change it with CSS. Add the CSS below to your stylesheet.

Replace https://i.servimg.com/u/f86/18/21/41/30/post-r10.png with the image you want to display for this button. You can also modify the design of the number that displays new notifications. ( see notifications number comment )


For the avatar, I think you're talking about the border on all the mini-avatars, correct ? If so, the following CSS rule should work for that.
