Anybody seeing this as another great version for desktop or mobile? I am not exactly sure there is actually any difference between the features of each versions.
But with the number of people who uses mobile phones to browse these days, I think, this theme is better tweaked to cater people who forums using mobile phones.
What do you guys think?

Its responsiveness is severely troubled. I tested the sites in Responsive Design Mode, and it needs much work. Overall, it is a good start, but it's in beta for a reason - well Public Beta. I think leaving it remain in Private Beta a little longer would not have been a bad idea, but there are plenty of "coders" on hand to give them feedback. So let us give them some feedback. @SLGray, do you think a feedback topic should be set up on ESF to help with feedback for this version, or did I miss it?

Looking forward for the theme though, since right now I'm pretty much planning to just make a forum that caters more on the mobile users, since desktop forum browsing is pretty much lesser these days.
At a glance it looks like a new version, but when you start to look at the markup you can see that it's just a heavily modified or "styled" version of phpbb3. So in a way, it's a lot like Forumactif Edge ; a heavily modified phpbb3 theme. Regardless of that though, I think they're taking a step in the right direction by providing their clients with a modern and responsive forum theme, because their other forum versions are WAY dated ; not mobile friendly. I like that they took the sticky navbar into account, makes things easily accessible.
Have you've given Forumactif Edge a try ? The theme was designed with the mindset of "one version for all devices" so it should work pretty nicely on mobile , if it doesn't you can give me a lashing and I'll fix it !Jazeon wrote:Looking forward for the theme though, since right now I'm pretty much planning to just make a forum that caters more on the mobile users, since desktop forum browsing is pretty much lesser these days.
It is not a theme, but a forum version.Jazeon wrote:Looking forward for the theme though, since right now I'm pretty much planning to just make a forum that caters more on the mobile users, since desktop forum browsing is pretty much lesser these days.
