60000 = 60000ms = 1 minute, or 60 seconds. It's then multiplied by a random number between 0 and 11, but not including 11.

Cool ! random() comes in handy for a lot of things, especially arrays -- like if you want to choose a random item from an array for example. Tons of applications for it ! *-*
