I cant update my forum

Hello @Mr.Alam,
We'll need to debug the problem. Could you try the following for me ?
Proceed to the control panel, then right click and choose "inspect element", once the devtools open go to the "console" tab. Now that you have the console open, click the update button to begin updating the forum. When the error occurs it should popup in the console, I'd like you to copy and paste the contents of your console here when that occurs.
If you're not able to do this, let me know and we can possibly try another approach.

@Mr.Alam Ah I see. Yes, if you can, send me the login information via PM. That should help me find the issue quicker so that I can remedy it.
@Mr.Alam thanks for the information.
I managed to update your forum without any issues. When the update stopped working, did it give you any error messages or was it just stuck at 19.53% ?

If it appears stuck, but doesn't give an error message, it's most likely processing an AJAX request. Sometimes the CSS related requests take longer because they're transferring large amounts of data to the server -- usually around 15+ kbs of characters I'd estimate. Depending on your connection and Forumotion's latency it'll take a bit of time to process, all you need to do is be patient and it should continue.
