Can we make Account Activision by phone number? ,
because Arabic Forums locked this feature in CP
and users feel Angry for this

Activation ? No, not really. You'd need to have access to the server for something like that, and implementing it at registration would require JS which can easily be bypassed. As we don't have full control over the forums the answer is no.

Are you referring to Arabic forums hosted by Forumotion? If yes, do we have this option? I do not understand what you mean by activation by phone number.
