Have you already modified your template?  There seems to being parts that have opening tags, but no closing tags and other parts with closing tags, but no opening tags.

Hey,

Open overall_footer_begin find
Code:
<div id="page-footer">
, add
Code:
</div>
before it, and voilà the wrap has been forced to close. It ends at a later area that I'm not sure if it's even editable, but this is the easiest method I use.

Yes, CSS can go into templates so long as it's inside a <style> tag. Although, they're technically supposed to be in the <head> section they CAN be used anywhere. It can be a good way to save space considering our stylesheet have character limits.

Do you have the homepage message or announcements activated?

Also are you sure that you did not edit the overall_header template?

Oh right, you might need to clear the wrap's floats. Re-edit the template and add
Code:
<div class="clear"></div>
before
Code:
<div id="page-footer">
as well.

No problem Wink

If you ever see containers looking like they collapsed on themselves ( ending short of their content ) it's most likely related to CSS floats. In which case, the following post is a good read to learn more about them and "the great collapse" Razz

Right now I have a lot on my plate, but I'll think about it. There are however plenty of websites which offer guides to learning JavaScript. Wink
