Hey Fm, how can I make my forum New messages and Notifications cells look Red with Numbers on it.... Something like this. 
if this tutorial has been made before please help me with the link. And if any can code this I will be happy to see it

Here's a quick and simple mockup for the PMs and toolbar notifications. Add the following CSS to your stylesheet :
For the PMs, you'll need a small script to get the notification number, so go to Admin Panel > Modules > JS Codes management and create a new script with the following settings.
Placement : In all the pages

Thanks @Ange Tuteur it works perfectly. Though there's a problem when using Mobile, when ever New message come in it open in another window with a Link, is there anyway I can stop this?

It sounds like that might be related to a profile preference. Go to Profile > Preferences and disabled the option "Display a pop-up window for new private messages."
