Fixing the navigation/pagination bar (mobile version)

Hi all. Hello Ange.
The new mobile version is SO good yet there are a few parts that are driving me insane with frustration.
I'll use different topics but for this one, I need help with the pagination banner.
I'll attach 2 images below: the first is my forum. As it curently looks and the second another forum with how I would LIKE mine to look.
Two reasons for this:
1. It just looks neater.
2. When I add a poll to a thread, the FIRST/LAST div isn't produced so if it ends up being a 10 page thread, users have to click NEXT, NEXT, NEXT....
