LOL. No need to put a gender on a color. I've seen guys wear pink. And it is for VALENTINE'S DAY hence the color choice and the hearts.
And there's this famous saying in the United States: "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." Not sure if you've heard of it or not.
@Mr.Alam
Hey there! Thank you for your feedback! I can understand how you feel. Pink...pink is an interesting color. It's not for me. When I do enjoy pink, it usually has to be juuuust the right shade, if you know what I mean. I don't associate it with women, but that's because I see a lot of boys and men using it--especially when it comes to the Holiday with which these are associated.
However, I think a part of being an artist is stepping outside of your comfort zone and creating things that you don't like, sometimes. After all, if we don't expand, we don't learn. Do I like pink? Eeehhh....but, do I like these buttons? I certainly do! I love the vine effect and it was really fun to make. I also think the overall design and color go for the Holiday's purpose (though, a red set wold work, too!), so these buttons are just how they should be.
It's okay that you don't like them, that doesn't offend me in any way. Your honesty is appreciated, but I didn't make them for you. I made them as a free-to-use source for all users, so it's not about making any single individual happy, but rather making a resource that various users can choose or not choose to enjoy. When posting feedback to someone's creation(s) in our gallery, it's important to consider the gallery's purpose, rather than just our opinion of those creations that appear there.
If the feedback you add to any general resource is only negative, I recommend not giving feedback at all. Instead of saying things like "I don't like them" and leaving it at that, you could always add more, such as: "I don't like these, as I don't like the color pink...what about making a red set, or any other color? After all, if the hearts are in there, the Valentine's theme is still implied." This second feedback, although still expressing your distaste for the creation, also provides ways where images could be made that you WOULD like in the future. ^^

I don't care who started it, I don't care what's being said. You're both rude, you're both breaking rules. So I'm putting an end to it.
Either adhere to the rules and behave yourselves or get banned. It's that simple.
Be polite, everyone. No more name calling.

This is a lovely set for Valentine's day, @Leah7. I love the heart motif you have going on, on the bottom -- and the font too ! ( I'm grabbing that font )
P.S.
I'm sorry you had to put up with this nonsense on your proposal. Would you like me to clean up the unnecessary replies that were made ?
