[IN PROGRESS] I need help creating forms for New Topic

So basically I would like to have forms like the forms on Forumotion support when you create a new topic in Graphic Requests.

However, I just want the form part and when you hit submit it goes to what you posted (so know topic review and the additional stuff FM has).

My forum in particular really needs this because a ton of the sub forums require forms. So I need help creating forms for every service sub-forum and forum battles. I would like me to be stylish like FM support as well if possible.

I helped Luffy with a similar request recently, so I'd recommend looking over his topic in its entirety. I'll be frank though, if you don't understand the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript it's going to be difficult to explain how to manage and create the forms.

I'm good with CSS and I know a little of HTML. JavaScript I know none of and Luffy's topic looks like it has a bunch of added things and is slightly different.

You can take it as an example of how the fields are put together in the post. Same with this file which is the French variant of the graphic form I developed for Forumotion.

Anyway, currently the problem is that I don't have enough information of how your form is to be constructed, you only said "like forumotion" which doesn't tell me much. I need to know what fields you need, how it should look, etc.. ( take Luffy's explanation as an example -- it was easy for me to follow and work with ) When you provide me more information on each form I'll see what I can do.

So, in design:

Logo on top (basically just an image that I can choose please, the link can lead to forumotion.com)
The steps of the form
The image icon (like support but I wont be including the text under the image
The form
The footer

^ that's all in order

All the forms don't really need the multi step part except graphic request, however, can the step bar still be there even if there is only one step?

Just reply if I need to add more info, I'm on iPadso it's a little difficult. I love the modern style to the forms forumotion uses and that you made.

If it's alright with you, I'll try to handle your issue after I've published the production version of FAE, which is very soon. I estimate it'll be done within a weeks time ( after testing ), after that I should be free and there'll be less stress on me by that point. Right now I have a lot to do this week, so it's going to be pretty hectic, especially on this forum.
