Argenté Navbar

I haven't made a navbar in awhile so this is my first try since then lol. I got the idea for these while working with CSS and have also supplied a code for phpbb3 boards which is identical, but has effects unlike the image navbar.

The font used is Verdana and the font size is 13px.

For phpbb3 boards you can use this instead of the images provided above. The code below adds an effect similar to the images above along with hover effects such as: the button lighting up and link changing color. Be sure to use no images in the navbar
