Need some help with email to members

Hi everyone I hope you don't mind me asking this question here?

As some of you know I am about to move my forum to Forumoition and a lot of my members already know this but I want to send out a mass email and this is where I have a problem. I need some help putting together a Email telling all members that we are moving from one host to another on date????? but the domain will still be the same as I will transfer it and that they will have to renew their password and if they have any issues then to contact me @????????? I just don't know where or how to start

You can send mass e-mails on your old forum, correct ? ( I only used phpbb3 software briefly so I'm not sure )


I would probably write something like this :

Dear members,

Due to difficulties maintaining the forum, we've decided to move it to a hosted service. The expected date of this transfer will be on XX/XX/XX 20XX. Don't worry ! You will still be able to find the forum at the same link and your posts / profile will be transferred over. You will only have to renew your password. If you have any problems you can contact me at -email-.
