Hey saw as I have seen forumotion and FM Desgins both have this plugin was wondering any one can link me to where i can find this plugin

Those two are just profile fields that you can add via your ACP o;
ACP > Users & Groups > Profiles > Click the green plus sign
1. Type: Image List
2. Name: Browser (or whatever other name you want)
3. Necessarily filled: Yes or no, up to you
4. Who can modify the profile field value? Both Moderators and the Members

Then just upload the images of the browsers and click save c: 

Do the same for the Forum Version.
