Hi @skouliki,
Are you using a plugin which adds the chatbox to the toolbar ? If so, replace your script with the one in this tutorial :
http://help.forumotion.com/t143414-add-the-chatbox-to-your-toolbar#977533
I think you might be using an old script for the old chatbox.

Hello
Update ....
I noticed a bug that occurs with ipad safari and chrome to registered members only
Some links in my nav bar ex.affiliates,contact,find us on fb ...are not clickable
After many attempts they only open if they open on a second window
This is not happening to guests ..if i disable the chatbox i do not have a problem
If you wish a test account plz inform me
Thanks
Here is what happens if i click as a member on affiliates

I think it might be related to visibility and the bottom properties. Even though you have it set to the top, the script is still applying the bottom property. Try adding these style rules to your stylesheet :
The first one disables the transition and removes the custom bottom values. The second one is more of an extra precaution, because I'm not sure if visibility:hidden; is to blame for the issue. I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my end, so these are mere assumptions. Let me know if these help at all.
- Code:
#fa_chat_container {
transition:none;
bottom:auto !important;
}
#fa_chat_container[style*="hidden"] {
display:none;
}

i used both codes and now all the links are ok
so to understand the issue was caused only by the chatbox code?
thanks for your time and your willing to look into this
edit : the second code does the trick . i test them separately

Yeah, that's what it looks like. Normally visibility:hidden; removes the element from sight, but in this case it was removed from sight while also being clickable. That's normally not the case, but it's good to know display:none; still works.
