Hello,
how can I change this background with a picture? and then put on the logo?

If you want to change the header color, for instance in case you don't have a transparent logo, you could add this CSS rule to your stylesheet:

Code:: #page-header {color:#FFF; background:#000;}

To change the logo: Go into your ACP > Display > Pictures & Colors > Picture management (advanced mode) > Change the forum main logo here.

Did you try !important ? It will override some of the coding...
