Could somebody give me some good tips on eating a good salad? Been ordering Caesar's Salad every dinner and tried 3 different dressings.
1. Thousand Islands
2. Honey Mustard
3. Plain Mayo
Out of the three, I enjoyed Thousand Island more though. Just wanted to shift into a different diet.
Since I can't handle the mentality of going into our office's only stall for a funny reason

You can make your own Ceasar salad dressing at home and bring it to the office. Just make sure you store it chilled: http://www.onceuponachef.com/2010/08/caesar-salad-dressing.html
And I love this recipe: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/smoked-chicken-endive-and-walnut-dressing-recipe0.html You can even add bits of apple, raisins and mandarin parts to it. It's also possible to replace the walnuts with (non salted) cashew nuts. Just make sure to pour the yoghurt based dressing over the salad just before serving or the nuts will go soft.

Nice idea @Samantha
I love eating my salads with mayo and dijon mustard even mixed with a bit of honey... Otherwise, you definitely will not go wrong with having romaine leaf lettuce with some other veggie such as peas, green beans, or even a small amount of cabbage or bok choy. Of course, I am more to the side of mixing everything in one bowl, but I think that's what you're referring to right?
That's just my idea! I love making new recipes on a whim.

Yeah, that recipe I gave you can serve as a meal, not just as a side salad. But yoghurt dressings are low on fat, so you can have them regularly

He didn't even bother commenting on it. Either that or he choked on it and wasn't able
