@Royal Bengal: Is this only happening on mobile devices? Because it looks normal on the desktop version to me.

First thing that comes to mind is cache and cookies. Did you try again after clearing them? I remember you made some modifications to your site, yesterday....

Hmm.. looks like an issue with the word wrapping. @Royal Bengal try adding the following CSS rule to your stylesheet :
Code:
@media (min-width:0px) and (max-width:768px) {
  .hierarchy {
    word-wrap:break-word;
  }
}

Should fix the wrapping of the titles on mobile.

Man, I feel blind. How did I not notice that !? xD

Look for this CSS in your stylesheet :
Code:
dd.posts:after, dd.topics:after {
  display: block;
  font-size: 14px;
  margin-top: -30px;
  text-align: center;
}

and replace it with this :
Code:
.row dd.posts:after, .row dd.topics:after {
  display: block;
  font-size: 14px;
  text-align: center;
}

Find this rule in your stylesheet :
Code:
dd.posts:after {
  content: 'Posts';
}

and replace it with this one :
Code:
.row dd.posts:after {
  content: 'Posts';
}
